The perforated drain pipe shown here has failed. It was plugged and full of roots, which caused the basement to leak.

The walls were cleaned, cracks were chipped, and then caulked with Polyurethane.

Foundation wrap was installed along with a 6 inch weeping tile and washed rock.

Excavations can be sloped back 45% or shored, depending on the soil conditions.
Shores must be continually moved to allow for cleaning, chipping, patching, waterproofing, and wrapping.
Flashing is used to protect the foundation wrap at the top.
This project took a substantial amount of time, and needed to be done safely and correctly.

The berm is hydro seeded for grass to grow back. Once the grass has grown back, you wouldn’t even know that the Abalon team was ever there.
