My house floods after 2 or 3 days of steady rain. The basement is not finished and the walls are concrete. I can see water coming in all over the place where the wall and floor meet. What can I do?
During heavy rains there is a buildup of hydrostatic pressure that encourages water to try and migrate under your concrete floor. The water can’t get under the floor so it starts to flood. You need an interior tile system. This will collect that water and send it to sump system that will automatically discharge it to the exterior.
I have a sump system but I have water coming in via my sewer line clean out. They are about 10 feet away from eachother. What can I do?
