1. CRACK REPAIRS

All foundation crack repairs are covered by the Abalon Guarantee. All work is guaranteed against defects in labour and/or materials for 10 years, effective upon project completion or installation, even under new ownership. In addition, an Abalon representative will return once backfill has settled to add topsoil – once only & must be within a one-year period after project completion. The client is responsible for contacting the Abalon Foundation Repairs – Calgary office to schedule this in the spring.

2. COMMERCIAL REPAIRS

All commercial foundation repairs are covered by the Abalon Guarantee and are subject to the type of project being completed.

3. INDUSTRIAL REPAIRS

All industrial foundation repairs are covered by the Abalon Guarantee and are subject to the type of project being completed.

4. HISTORICAL REPAIRS

All historical foundation repairs are covered by the Abalon Guarantee and are subject to the type of project being completed.

5. UNDERPINNING

All underpinning projects are covered by the Abalon Guarantee. All work is guaranteed against defects in labour and/or materials for 10 years, effective upon project completion or installation, even under new ownership.

6. COLUMNS & PADS

All column & pad installations are covered by the Abalon Guarantee. All work is guaranteed against defects in labour and/or materials for 10 years, effective upon project completion or installation, even under new ownership.

7. HELICAL PILES

All helical pile installations are covered by the Abalon Guarantee. All work is guaranteed against defects in labour and/or materials for 10 years, effective upon project completion or installation, even under new ownership.

8. CONCRETE FLOOR REPLACEMENT

All concrete work for residential and industrial properties is covered by the Abalon Guarantee. All work is guaranteed against defects in labour and/or materials for 1 year, effective upon project completion or installation, even under new ownership. It is possible for cracks to form due to natural causes, such as frost heave. In this case, any further issues that are a result of natural causes are not covered under the guarantee. In addition, an Abalon representative will return once backfill has settled to add topsoil – once only & must be within a one-year period after project completion. The client is responsible for contacting the Abalon Foundation Repairs – Calgary office to schedule this in the spring.

9. FOUNDATION WALL REPAIRS

All foundation wall (including concrete, earth formed, PWF, & block wall) replacements are covered by the Abalon Guarantee. All work is guaranteed against defects in labour and/or materials for 10 years, effective upon project completion or installation, even under new ownership. In addition, an Abalon representative will return once backfill has settled to add topsoil – once only & must be within a one-year period after project completion. The client is responsible for contacting the Abalon Foundation Repairs – Calgary office to schedule this in the spring.

10. SUMP SYSTEMS

All sump pump installations are covered by the Abalon Guarantee. All work is guaranteed against defects in labour and/or materials for 3 years, effective upon project completion or installation, even under new ownership. Abalon is not responsible for any issues arising as a result of natural causes, such as the discharge line or pump freezing due to improper use/negligent care.

11. INTERIOR TILE

All interior tile installations are covered by the Abalon Guarantee. All work is guaranteed against defects in labour and/or materials for 10 years, effective upon project completion or installation, even under new ownership.
